In order to fulfill the product development agenda Infokes which is ePuskesmas, The Infokes Indonesia Business Development Team sent representatives to several regions in Indonesia. On the agenda this time. Infokes together with the Indonesian Association of Regency Governments (APKASI), met with the Regents in three regions including Purwakarta, Cirebon and Subang Regencies. . The discussion lasted for 3 days and ended on Thursday (08/06/2023) yesterday.
The meeting with the Regent was intended to discuss plans as well as evaluate the public service system for health units in each region. Infokes also took this opportunity to explain the ePuskesmas application for service management of health facilities in each region.
Infokes in Purwakarta Regency
Like when the meeting was held at the Purwakarta Regency Hall. The arrival of the Infokes team was welcomed by SETDA as the Regent’s representative who happened to be unable to attend because there was a meeting in Jakarta. This agenda was also attended by the Purwakarta District Health Office who gave the green light to Infokes if they wanted to socialize with the puskesmas regarding the ePuskesmas application.
ePuskesmas itself is a health center patient service application system that has a systemcloud computing. So that ePuskesmas can be accessed on various devices with internet access.
Infokes in Cirebon Regency
The agenda continues to Cirebon Regency which is one of the regionson list. Officers were warmly welcomed by the Regent of Cirebon Regency. The Regent and SETDA gave a good response to the ePuskesmas application. However, the Cirebon District Health Office was unable to attend, so he was replaced by the SDK Head. The results of discussions related to RME will be submitted to the relevant sections to be scheduled for socialization with all health centers in Cirebon Regency.
Infokes, from the beginning of 2023 routinely visited several areas outside Java with the aim of developing the quality of service in public health units. Apart from the ePuskesmas application, Infokes also has other beneficial applications that can contribute to the scope of health services.
Infokes in Subang
This can be seen from the intensity of Infokes activities educating and providing awareness regarding RME and digital health services in Subang, following the agenda in Cirebon Regency. Meeting with the SETDA and the assistant to the Regent, the SETDA after the meeting will follow up and encourage the Health Office so that ePuskesmas can be socialized to all puskesmas in Subang.
Infokes in Pekanbaru City
Elsewhere, precisely in the city of Pekanbaru. Infokes officers met with Pekanbaru City Secretariat in order to initiate the implementation of the ePuskesmas application at 21 puskesmas in Pekanbaru city. On this agenda, the Sekdis together with the Pekanbaru City Health Office agreed to use the ePuskesmas.
