Infokes with Batam City Puskesmas, Conduct an Evaluation

Infokes still intense in improving the quality of health services in the community. This is shown by the departure of the Infokes Business Development team to Batam City in fulfilling the application evaluation agenda ePuskesmas with related parties. This activity was carried out for two days since Monday (19/06/2023) yesterday.

This activity was carried out from Monday (19/06/2023) and ended on Saturday (24/06/2023). The Infokes team covered several Community Health Centers in Batam City. There are 17 (Seventeen) Community Health Centers that receive Evaluation agendas including:

  1. Puskesmas Tanjunguncang
  2. Puskesmas Bulang
  3. Puskesmas Sei Langkai
  4. Puskesmas Baju Aji
  5. Puskesmas Sei Lengkop
  6. Puskesmas Sambau
  7. Puskesmas Kampung Jabi
  8. Puskesmas Pancur
  9. Puskemas Botania
  10. Puskesmas Galang
  11. Puskesmas Rempang Cate
  12. Puskesmas Kabil
  13. Puskesmas Baloi Permai
  14. Puskesmas Mentarau
  15. Puskesmas Tiban Baru
  16. Puskesmas Belakang Padang
  17. Puskesmas Sekupang

In its implementation, the Puskesmas will convey the constraints that occur, both technical and non-technical. Some puskesmas have returned tutors on certain techniques. As in the Pancur Health Center and Botania Health Center, the two health centers returned to reviewing the cashier feature procedure because previously there were issues with its implementation. But with the help of Infokes officers, the problems can be solved together.

Furthermore, Infokes officers also had the opportunity to meet with the Batam City Health Office to carry out evaluation activities as well. The Health Office activity together with the Head of TU 21 Health Center in Batam City was opened by Mr. Oseven as the Head of Program Planning Subdivision in the Hall of the Sekupang Health Center.

The event ran from the start of the presentation, the benefits of ePuskesmas, to the obstacles and suggestions from the City of Batam for future ePuskesmas. It was also explained how to make dynamic and static reports where later it was these reports that would be filled in by the puskesmas and reported to the Health Office. A bit of happy news, finally the contract agreement for 21 puskesmas has been completed, the contracts will be processed.

ePuskesmas itself is a health center patient service application system that has a systemcloud computing. So that ePuskesmas can be accessed on various devices with internet access.

THIS APPLICATION HAS ALSO BEEN INTEGRATED WITH VARIOUS APPLICATIONS FROM THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH INCLUDING PCARE FROM BPJS, AND OF COURSE HAS BEEN GUARANTEED IN DATA SECURITY.

Mr. Oseven was impressed, the ePuskesmas application will be an application that is trying to be implemented in Batam City and it is hoped that there will be increased changes from the aspect of health services. especially digital basis.

“The agenda that was carried out for one week ran smoothly, the Puskesmas, Health Office, and other colleagues there gave a good response. Especially for ePuskesmas, the colleagues who attended were enthusiastic about learning together and always conveying obstacles and things that were not yet understand. We hope that the ePuskesmas application can be implemented immediately in all Puskesmas in Bata City,” said Alief Rusliyansah, Infokes Officer.
