Infokes Visits Batang Hari District Again, Gives Training

Infokes, after the agenda in the Jambi region last March, now the Infokes representative from the Business Development Team has returned to visit the island of Sumatra. The latest agenda carried out is the application discussion and training agenda ePuskesmas in Batang Hari Regency, this activity has been running for two days since Tuesday, (12/06/2023).

The activity was attended by the Head of the Batanghari District Health Office and his Head of the Health Center and the officer on duty for the ePuskesmas application. On the first day, the Head of the Health Office and the Kabid opened the activity, the Head of the Health Service stressed that the puskesmas could already implement good data managementpaperless immediately use the ePuskesmas application. Reflecting on the paperless Muara Bullian Health Center, the Head of the Batanghari District Health Office stressed that the use of ePuskesmas had a significant impact on the experience and activities of health services.

ePuskesmas itself is a health center patient service application system that has a systemcloud computing. So that ePuskesmas can be accessed on various devices with internet access.

THIS APPLICATION HAS ALSO BEEN INTEGRATED WITH VARIOUS APPLICATIONS FROM THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH INCLUDING PCARE FROM BPJS, AND OF COURSE HAS BEEN GUARANTEED IN DATA SECURITY.

This activity is an agenda that has not been carried out once in Jambi province. Previously, last February, Batanghari Regency and Sungai Rengas Regency widened the opportunity for ease of service by installing an eAntrian KIOSK machine owned by Infokes.

In the next series of activities, Infokes officers gave an explanation of the flow of implementing the ePuskesmas application from registering patients to explaining the automatic report feature. The presentation lasted two days for maximum results in its implementation.

The response given by the participants was very good, both the Health Office and the Puskesmas were enthusiastic and active in discussions in this activity. This shows that ePuskesmas has started to be recognized and is starting to be looked at as a good option in the implementation of digital services.

Furthermore, Infokes officers also visited the Head of the Health Center and Representatives of the Health Office in Muaro Jambi Regency. The visit was carried out to fulfill the discussion agenda andcontract collecting.

Fikri, an Infokes officer hopes that the implementation of the ePuskesmas application in Batanghari Regency can be carried out immediately. Also the Health Office and the public health units in Jambi Province can begin to be aware of digitalized services for the convenience of the community.
