INFOKES.CO.ID, PEKALONGAN - A return visit was made to Pekalongan by the Infokes team, held right after Indonesia's independence day, on August 18, 2022. The first visit was to conduct a training agenda for the use of the eAntrian application at Tirto 2 Health Center, Pekalongan districts.
In this training, the Tirto 2 puskesmas ordered a mini kiosk machine unit to be used at the puskesmas in order to help solve the queuing problem.
Because the machines are relatively new, the Infokes team always provides training so that puskesmas employees are proficient in using and later being able to guide patients so that they can register independently through the mini kiosk machine.
Furthermore, after conducting training in the use of queuing machines, the team also visited the District Health Office. Pekalongan in conducting discussions and evaluating the use of the ePuskesmas application.
This is based on the formation of a team that specifically handles health information systems from the health department. So that the use of information system services in this case ePuskesmas is maintained in its use.
Even so, the health department also expressed its support from Infokes so that the use of the ePuskesmas application remains optimal. This is also what makes 23 puskesmas in Pekalongan remain loyal to using ePuskesmas, followed by the remaining 4 puskesmas which the health office is trying to join.
All of the things aboves motivates us to continue to provide maximum service by providing customer service 24 hours a week and continue to strive for service development towards a better direction.
